Case Study 1: Noll Law Office
Noll Law Office was a second generation law firm focused on criminal defense headed-up by a husband and wife attorney team, Sarah and Daniel Noll. Located in central Illinois, the Noll’s were very successful criminal defense attorneys, but wanted to add personal injury law to their practice areas. They hadn’t done PI before.
Background
We onboarded the Noll’s in March 2024.
First order of business we install call tracking to give us lead attribution. We need to know where leads were coming from. Plus, it helps us optimize in real time for Google Maps.

Our main objective for Dan’s campaign was to rank in Google’s Map pack. He already has really solid organic rankings, but the lead flow just wasn’t enough to sustain business.
Maps are the answer, I informed him.
Objectives
Dan & Sarah wanted to rank for bread and butter keywords. At first, they wanted the geo-modified keywords relevant to their city, such as “Springfield car accident lawyer,” but I had to intervene, stating those keywords were not often searched by locals. Rather, they are often used by SEO agencies to falsely boost confidence, but in reality, other than being a possible leading indicator, won’t do much for lead flow.
Instead, I suggested we chop off the city-modifier and go broad.

Shock & Awe
We have Google Maps optimizations dialed in pretty tightly, and for many clients (but not all), we’re able to provide a fairly unique experience.
